The food-grade stainless-steel workbench is 14.9"x14.4"/19.3"x17.3"/30.3"x27.4"/18.3"x14.4" in size, providing sufficient cutting space. The precise scales (0.2"-7.1" or 0"-9.8") are adopted for easy adjustment of the cutting thickness. The sharp-cutting saw blade (3 or 6 pieces in all) is driven by a large gear inside. Its rotating speed reaches 591" or 748" (15 or 19 m) per second, cutting bones and frozen meat effortlessly.

The saw blade tension system and retainer are adjustable during operation. The 1500W or 850W motor can provide sufficient power for our bone sawing machine, ensuring higher efficiency and lower noise. For the ones stored in a separate compartment, the devices will run more stably and quietly. Thus, extended service life and simple maintenance can be assured. Aided by the security lock, E-stop button, and built-in protection sensor, you just need to press down the button and open the protective cover when the meat cutting saw goes wrong.

It will terminate the operation automatically and timely. The pushing slab can also avoid hand injuries.
