Eight capacities are available for your choice - 8/14/20/30/40/50/70/100 lbs, among which you can select the ones you need. With a flow rate of 4/7/10/15/20/25/35/50 GPM, it is pretty convenient to filter solid waste, oil, and water in three steps from the comfort of fractional filtration. Considerate details & accessories are also integrated, such as detachable filter baffle, lifting handle, faucet outlet control, PTFE tape, and screw hole & cushion layer for sealing. Our commercial grease interceptors are constructed of durable carbon steel, around 0.07 in (1.8 mm) in thickness, sturdy and durable. On the exterior surface is the rust-proof coating, which is effortless to clean and can endure long-time use. The lid can be tightly fixed to the container with a screw, and there will be no smell emitting if you put it on. Other considerate designs and accessories such as cushion layer, sealing ring, and PTFE tape can also ensure a reliable sealing effect. With the side grease inlet & water outlet, you can connect it to your kitchen sink and install it without difficulty, whether underground or just above. The higher inlet hole links the grease inlet pipe, and the lower water discharge hole is for the water outlet pipe. A handle is integrated on the cover for lifting. The filter baffle is detachable for easy cleaning.

Just link the grease inlet pipe to the higher inlet hole and the water outlet pipe to the lower outlet hole, then it will work properly. A piece of connecting pipe is provided, with which you can place it right below the drainage outlet of the sink. You need to prepare the grease inlet pipe and water drainage pipe by yourself.
